Vi söker nu, på uppdrag av en av våra kunder, en engagerad och noggrann ekonomiassistent till en spännande tjänst i Umeå. Tjänsten passar dig som nyligen har tagit examen inom ekonomi och vill ta steget in i arbetslivet. Vi söker dig som är nyfiken, strukturerad och vill utvecklas inom ekonomi och administration.

Som ekonomiassistent blir du en del av ett engagerat team där du får möjlighet att lära dig mer om ekonomiska processer och arbeta med varierande uppgifter inom redovisning och ekonomiadministration. Du får stöd av erfarna kollegor och möjlighet att successivt växa in i rollen.

Arbetsuppgifter Hantera leverantörs- och kundfakturor. Registrera och kontera fakturor i ekonomisystem. Arbeta med kund- och leverantörsreskontra. Utföra kontoavstämningar och enklare ekonomiska kontroller. Hantera betalningar och följa upp kundinbetalningar. Assistera vid månadsbokslut och ekonomiska sammanställningar. Administrera kvitton, utlägg och övriga ekonomirelaterade underlag. Stötta ekonomiavdelningen med löpande administrativa arbetsuppgifter.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som nyligen har avslutat en eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi, redovisning eller företagsekonomi. Du behöver inte ha tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet inom ekonomi – det viktigaste är att du har ett stort intresse för området och en vilja att lära dig.

Vi ser gärna att du har: Eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi eller motsvarande. Grundläggande förståelse för bokföring och redovisning. God datorvana och kunskaper i Excel. God förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift. Ett noggrant och strukturerat arbetssätt. Förmåga att samarbeta och samtidigt ta eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter.

Meriterande Praktik eller extrajobb inom ekonomi eller administration. Grundläggande kunskaper i ekonomisystem, exempelvis Fortnox, Visma eller liknande. Erfarenhet av kundservice eller administrativt arbete. Kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift.
