DEINE ROLLE

Du verantwortest, wie wir etwas sagen. Den ganzen Tag entwickelst du Konzepte und Skripte für Ads: Hooks, Angles und Storys, die beim Scrollen stoppen und konvertieren. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Creative Director zusammen, der die finale Richtung vorgibt, im Alltag arbeitest du aber eigenständig. Du hast volle Ownership über deine Skripte, ohne Mikromanagement-Schleifen.

WAS DICH ERWARTET

- Du konzipierst und skriptest Paid Ads in hohem Tempo: Hooks, Angles, Storylines.

- Du verantwortest die kreativen Angles unserer Kampagnen und entwickelst ständig neue Ansätze.

- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Static Ads Designer und dem Content Creator zusammen, um aus Konzepten fertige Ads zu machen.

- Du arbeitest selbstständig. Der Creative Director gibt die Richtung vor und die finale Freigabe.

- Du testest, lernst aus den Performance-Daten und optimierst laufend.

WEN WIR SUCHEN

- Erfahrung im Skripten von Paid Ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) mit nachweisbarer Performance

- Du denkst in Hooks und Angles und weißt, was Menschen im Feed stoppen lässt.

- Du lieferst schnell und in großer Menge, ohne Abstriche bei der Qualität.

- Du bist begeistert von KI und dem ganzen Bereich.

- Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und gutes Englisch
