DEINE ROLLE

Du bist fonios interner SEO-Lead. Deine Aufgabe: Wir wollen bei Google und in KI-Suchtools (ChatGPT, Perplexity usw.) für jede relevante Suchanfrage auf Platz 1 ranken, nicht nur im DACH-Raum, sondern international.

Du verantwortest Strategie und Umsetzung, gibst dem Website-Team vor, wie Seiten aufgebaut sein sollen, und legst die Richtung für die Keyword-Recherche in allen Märkten fest.

WAS DICH ERWARTET

- Du verantwortest SEO-Strategie und -Umsetzung in all unseren Märkten.

- Du legst fest, wie Seiten aufgebaut und strukturiert werden, und arbeitest beim technischen SEO eng mit dem Website- und dem Engineering-Team zusammen.

- Du leitest die Keyword-Recherche und entscheidest, wie wir sowohl in der klassischen Suche als auch in KI-generierten Ergebnissen gewinnen.

- Du beauftragst und schreibst die Inhalte, die wir zum Ranken brauchen.

- Du verwaltest ein SEO-Budget von 20.000–30.000 € pro Monat.

- Du arbeitest mit Agenturen zusammen, wo es sinnvoll ist, aber die Strategie und das Know-how bleiben bei dir.

- Du skalierst SEO zusammen mit fonio und baust mittelfristig ein eigenes Team auf.

WEN WIR SUCHEN

MUST-HAVE:

- Du hast schon SEO in großem Maßstab aufgebaut, und zwar hauptberuflich. Nicht „SEO nebenbei mitverantwortet“, sondern SEO als Hauptjob, mit Ergebnissen, die du vorweisen kannst. Die Branche (Tech, Consumer, egal) ist weniger wichtig als die Größenordnung, in der du gearbeitet hast.

- Erfahrung mit internationalem SEO: Du weißt, wie man Märkte jenseits des eigenen Heimatmarkts angeht.

- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch

NICE-TO-HAVE:

- Starke Copywriting-Skills (jemand aus dem SEO, der gut schreiben kann, ist selten und wertvoll)

- Praktische Erfahrung mit Website-Tools wie Webflow o. Ä.
