Als Growth Engineer übernimmst du End-to-End Ownership für unseren Acquisition & Activation Funnel – von der ersten Idee über schnelle Experimente bis hin zu skalierbaren Growth Loops, die tausende Unternehmen zu fonio bringen.

- Extremes Growth Mindset

- Viel Erfahrung mit TypeScript, React und Node.js (idealerweise NestJS)

- Du denkst datengetrieben und triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Experimenten

- Pragmatismus: Du zerlegst Hypothesen in die kleinsten Experimente, die sofort Erkenntnisse liefern – und entwickelst sie mit neuen Learnings weiter

- Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie fließend Englisch

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Entwicklung und Optimierung unserer Landingpages, Funnels und Growth Drivers in React & NestJS

- Ownership über Analytics, Tracking und Attribution

- Kontinuierliches Planen, Umsetzen und Auswerten von Growth-Experimenten

- Entwicklung interner Tools und Automatisierungen zur Skalierung unserer Akquise
