DEINE ROLLE

Du machst aus unserem Videomaterial starke Snippets für Paid Ads und Organic Content. Aus Testimonials, Interviews, Founder-Videos und Produktaufnahmen holst du die besten Aussagen heraus und entwickelst daraus kurze Videos, die auch für sich allein funktionieren.

DAS ERWARTET DICH

- Ein Blick für die stärksten Momente: Du sichtest längeres Material, erkennst relevante Aussagen und entwickelst daraus eigenständig Ideen für Snippets.

- Starkes Short-Form Editing: Du bringst Aussagen auf den Punkt und hältst mit gutem Timing, passenden Bildern und sauberem Sound die Aufmerksamkeit.

- Sicherheit in deinem Schnittprogramm: Du beherrschst Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro oder DaVinci Resolve auf professionellem Niveau.

- Saubere Umsetzung: Untertitel, Texteinblendungen, Musikauswahl, Sounddesign und Farbkorrektur gehören zu deinem Workflow.

- Effizientes Arbeiten mit Varianten: Du kannst aus einem Ausgangsvideo mehrere eigenständige Snippets, unterschiedliche Hooks und passende Formate für unsere Kanäle erstellen.

WEN WIR SUCHEN

- Erfahrung: Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im professionellen Videoschnitt und in der Post-Production.

- Short-Form-Know-how: Du kennst TikTok, Reels, Shorts und Meta Ads in- und auswendig und weißt, warum ein Video in den ersten 3 Sekunden gewinnt oder verliert.

- Performance-Mindset: Du denkst in Hooks, Varianten und Tests und lernst aus Zahlen für den nächsten Edit.

- Ownership und Tempo: Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, lieferst schnell in hoher Qualität und nimmst direktes Feedback gerne an.
