Een ruw stuk metaal dat verandert in een precisieonderdeel dat naadloos past binnen onze machines. Als CNC Draaier bij JBT Marel draag je direct bij aan de kwaliteit van componenten die wereldwijd worden ingezet in de voedselverwerkende industrie.

In deze rol draait het om vakmanschap, nauwkeurigheid en zelfstandigheid. Je werkt met moderne CNC-draaimachines (5-assig) aan enkelstuks en kleine series, waarbij iedere bewerking vraagt om een zorgvuldige voorbereiding en oog voor detail.

De werkzaamheden

Bij JBT Marel in Lichtenvoorde bouw je mee aan innovatieve en hoogwaardige machines die wereldwijd worden ingezet in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.

JBT Marel werkt volgens het high mix, low volume principe: voornamelijk enkelstuks en kleine series met uiteenlopende specificaties. Hierdoor is geen dag hetzelfde en staat technisch vakmanschap centraal.

  • Zelfstandig instellen, omstellen en bedienen van CNC-draai machines.
  • Inladen, controleren en waar nodig aanpassen van CNC-programma's.
  • Bepalen van opspanningen, gereedschappen en bewerkingsvolgorde.
  • Bewerken van enkelstuks en kleine series conform tekening en specificaties.
  • Controleren van maatvoering, toleranties en oppervlaktekwaliteit met meetmiddelen.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan machines en gereedschappen.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en actief meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces.

Het profiel

  • Een afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding (niveau 3/niveau 4), bij voorkeur richting Verspaningstechniek, Productietechnicus, Allround Medewerker Productietechniek, Precisietechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde.
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van CNC-draaimachines.
  • Kennis van verspanende technieken, gereedschappen, snijgegevens en materialen.
  • Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen, maatvoering en toleranties.
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken. Vroege dienst: Ma t/m Do 06:00 – 15.15 uur, Vr 06:00 – 12.00 uur. Late dienst: Ma t/m Do 15.15 – 00.30 uur, Vr 12.15 – 18.15 uur)
