Als CNC Kanter bij JBT Marel geef je metalen plaatdelen de juiste vorm en maat. Met jouw vakmanschap zorg je ervoor dat onderdelen naadloos aansluiten op onze hoogwaardige machines, die wereldwijd worden ingezet in de voedselverwerkende industrie. Je werkt met moderne Bystronic-kantbanken en hebt oog voor detail, maatvoering en kwaliteit.

In deze functie combineer je technisch inzicht met praktisch vakmanschap. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende onderdelen en series, waarbij je technische tekeningen vertaalt naar een nauwkeurig eindproduct. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk en denkt mee over een slim en efficiënt productieproces.

De werkzaamheden: Bij JBT Marel in Lichtenvoorde bouw je mee aan innovatieve en hoogwaardige machines die wereldwijd worden ingezet in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.

We werken volgens het high mix, low volume principe: voornamelijk enkelstuks en kleine series met uiteenlopende specificaties. Daardoor is het werk afwisselend en komt jouw technische inzicht goed van pas

  • Zelfstandig instellen, omstellen en bedienen van Bystronic CNC-kantbanken.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
  • Oproepen en waar nodig aanpassen van kantprogramma’s en instellingen.
  • Bepalen van de juiste gereedschappen, buigvolgorde en machine-instellingen voor het product.
  • Kanten van plaatdelen tot nauwkeurige onderdelen volgens tekening en specificaties.
  • Controleren van hoeken, maatvoering en productkwaliteit met passende meetmiddelen.
  • Signaleren en corrigeren van afwijkingen en uitvoeren van eerstelijnscontroles aan de machine.
  • Zorgdragen voor een veilige, nette werkplek en een goede overdracht aan collega’s in de ploeg.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in kwaliteit, werkmethoden en productieproces.

Het profiel

  • Een technische mbo-opleiding (bij voorkeur niveau 2, 3 of 4), bijvoorbeeld richting metaalbewerking, plaatbewerking of productietechniek, of vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Ervaring met het instellen en bedienen van CNC-kantbanken is een pré; ervaring met Bystronic is extra welkom.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en hebt gevoel voor maatvoering, hoeken en toleranties.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en veilig, en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar stemt ook prettig af met collega’s en andere betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je bent leergierig en denkt graag mee over hoe het werk slimmer of beter kan.
  • Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken. Vroege dienst: Ma t/m Do 06:00 – 15.15 uur, Vr 06:00 – 12.00 uur. Late dienst: Ma t/m Do 15.15 – 00.30 uur, Vr 12.15 – 18.15 uur)
