DESCRIÇÃO DA POSIÇÃO:

Como Especialista em Precificação de Peças de Reposição (Operational Spare Parts Pricing), você será responsável por aplicar conhecimentos técnicos e analíticos na gestão e otimização dos processos de precificação do negócio de Aftermarket, contribuindo para a competitividade no mercado, a proteção das margens de lucro e o crescimento sustentável do negócio.

Atuará na manutenção e atualização das listas de preços, na análise de informações comerciais e de mercado, na garantia da integridade dos dados nos sistemas corporativos e no cumprimento das políticas de precificação. Além disso, trabalhará em colaboração com equipes comerciais e operacionais, apoiando decisões estratégicas de preços, identificando oportunidades de melhoria contínua e contribuindo diretamente para a rentabilidade do negócio e a satisfação dos clientes.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

Apoiar a organização e a otimização do processo de precificação de peças de reposição, garantindo a precisão e a integridade de todos os registros de preços.

Implementar e manter as políticas de precificação, atuando sobre desvios e feedbacks do mercado, conforme necessário.

Desenvolver e manter relatórios de atividades de precificação para apoiar a melhoria contínua e proporcionar visibilidade à gestão.

Analisar e atuar sobre feedbacks do mercado e questões relacionadas à precificação, garantindo competitividade e conformidade com as políticas estabelecidas.

Manter a lista global de preços de peças de reposição, incluindo atualizações de itens novos e existentes.

Colaborar com as equipes de vendas e serviços para apoiar promoções e estratégias de precificação.

Garantir a precisão das informações no sistema ERP relacionadas à precificação e à manutenção das famílias de produtos.

Auxiliar nas atualizações diárias de preços e na gestão operacional de moedas e taxas de câmbio.

REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:

Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento em formação de preços, análise de custos, margens de contribuição e rentabilidade.

Conhecimento em análise de dados e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.

Domínio do Microsoft Excel, incluindo fórmulas avançadas, tabelas dinâmicas e tratamento de bases de dados.

Conhecimento dos principais indicadores financeiros e comerciais relacionados à precificação.

Familiaridade com sistemas ERP e processos de manutenção de dados cadastrais e comerciais.

Inglês avançado.

Espanhol avançado.

REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS:

Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos em atividades relacionadas a Pricing, Controladoria, Inteligência Comercial, Finanças, Sales Operations ou áreas correlatas.

Vivência em empresas multinacionais, preferencialmente nos segmentos de equipamentos industriais, bens de capital ou serviços de Aftermarket.

Experiência em precificação de peças de reposição, produtos industriais ou serviços técnicos.

Conhecimento de estratégias de precificação, incluindo Cost-Plus Pricing, Market-Based Pricing e Value-Based Pricing.

Familiaridade com operações comerciais internacionais, incluindo conceitos de Transfer Pricing, variações cambiais e transações intercompany.

Conhecimento em ferramentas de Business Intelligence, especialmente Microsoft Power BI.

Experiência com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente JDE (Oracle).

Conhecimento em Power Query, Power Pivot ou ferramentas de automação e tratamento de dados.

Familiaridade com indicadores de desempenho comercial e financeiro, como Gross Margin (GM), Revenue, Order Intake, Backlog, Forecast e AOP.

Conhecimento de metodologias de melhoria contínua, como Lean Six Sigma.

Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Negócios, Finanças, Controladoria, Inteligência de Mercado ou áreas correlatas.
