The posting

Key Account Manager PF (Nordics)

Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland) • Full-time • Hybrid

• Travel approximately 50%

Your technical challenge

As Key Account Manager PF for the Nordic region, you will own and develop strategic and key customer relationships across the food processing industry. You will drive sales growth across the full portfolio, coordinate solution experts, identify new opportunities, and translate customer challenges into business solutions. This is a highly autonomous role with significant influence on regional growth.

What you will do

• Manage and develop key and strategic accounts across the Nordic region. • Drive sales of the complete JBT Marel portfolio while coordinating internal specialists. • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities and development accounts. • Build trusted customer relationships and lead commercial discussions. • Coordinate proposals, quotations, and customer solutions with internal stakeholders.

Your team and working environment

You work closely with Solution Sales Managers, sales engineers, application teams, and colleagues across other divisions. You operate independently within the Nordic territory and collaborate extensively across the organization. Travel is expected for approximately 50% of your time.

What you need

• Experience in account management, business development, or solution selling. • Strong relationship-building and commercial skills. • Fluent English communication skills. • Professional proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian. • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the Nordics. • Capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex customer opportunities.
