Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar processos de Recrutamento e Seleção de ponta a ponta;Apoiar em ações de Endomarketing;Apoiar nos processos de construção e aplicação de treinamentos;Apoiar na organização do setor;Realizar atendimento à funcionários;Ser responsávle pelo controle de brindes, vale transporte e documentação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que é essencial para nós:Aderência aos nossos valores; Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas; Vivência com atendimento aos colaboradores; Experiência em processos de admissão, integração e desligamento; Conhecimento em rotinas de RH e/ou RH Ter senso de organização;Possuir excelente comunicação oral e escrita; Ter domínio e conhecimento no Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;Ter rápido raciocínio lógico;Possuir um bom relacionamento interpessoal;Será incrível e considerado um diferencial se você também tiver:Experiência com sistema SAP;Experiência em ambiente industrial, logístico ou centro de distribuição.Experiência com Recrutamento e Seleção.Informações adicionaisLocal de trabalho: Serra/ES.Horário de trabalho: 08h às 17h48, de segunda à sexta-feira.
