Fox Ford in Waynesburg, PA, is seeking a dependable, organized, and highly motivated Assistant Parts Manager to oversee our parts department and help keep our dealership running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure parts are available when needed.
- Order, receive, stock, and organize parts accurately.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians have the parts necessary to complete repairs.
- Assist customers and technicians with parts identification and availability.
- Build and maintain relationships with parts vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, special orders, returns, and departmental expenses.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional parts department.
- Provide excellent customer service to retail customers and internal departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and profitability.
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.
What We're Looking For
- A highly motivated individual with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to manage inventory and prioritize competing demands.
- A team player who works well with service technicians, advisors, and management.
- Previous automotive parts experience is preferred, and management experience is a plus.
- Ford dealership or parts catalog experience is beneficial.
