Fox Ford in Waynesburg, PA, is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.

Family owned and operated for over 112 years, Fox Ford is the oldest Ford dealership in Pennsylvania. Our longevity comes from building lasting relationships, treating people right, and taking pride in the work we do.

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and help them with their vehicle service needs.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and document vehicle symptoms accurately.
  • Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly.
  • Keep customers informed about repair progress, recommendations, and completion times.
  • Prepare service estimates and explain repair recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and work orders.
  • Help ensure an excellent customer experience from check-in through vehicle pickup.
  • Work closely with the service department team to maintain an organized, efficient workflow.
