Fox Ford in Waynesburg, PA, is actively seeking a motivated, dependable Automotive Technician to join our service department.

This is an important position for our dealership, and we're eager to find the right person to join our team!

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
  • Identify mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge.
  • Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
  • Communicate repair needs and findings with the service department.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
  • Stay current with automotive technology, repair procedures, and diagnostic techniques.
  • Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to our customers.

What We're Looking For

  • A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a passion for working on vehicles.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Someone who takes pride in performing quality work.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous automotive repair experience is preferred.
  • Ford experience and relevant certifications are a plus.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
