Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Economics oder Finance an einer führenden Universität oder Business School
  • 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld; erste Erfahrungen im Finance oder Controlling erforderlich
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Affinität für Finanzthemen
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen erfolgreich zu interagieren
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel; erste Kenntnisse in LucaNet sind von Vorteil

Tasks & Responsibilities

▪ Verantworte das Controlling für 1–2 Praxiscluster innerhalb der Vantis Gruppe ▪ Erstelle monatliche Finanz- und KPI-Reportings für dein Praxiscluster und bespreche diese mit Stakeholdern ▪ Führe Ad-hoc-Analysen durch und bereite wichtige strategische Entscheidungen datenbasiert vor ▪ Identifiziere gemeinsam mit Operations Potenziale zur Wachstums- und Profitabilitätssteigerung innerhalb deines Praxisclusters ▪ Unterstütze bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance- und Controlling-Prozesse sowie unserer Tool-Landschaft ▪ Unterstütze bei der Budgetierung, dem Forecasting sowie der Liquiditätsplanung
