Tasks & Responsibilities

▪ Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales Cycle – vom Erstgespräch bis zum Abschluss, mit klarem Fokus auf hochqualifizierte Inbound-Leads (~90 % Inbound)

▪ Durchführung strukturierter Discovery Calls zur tiefgehenden Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen, Entscheidungskriterien und Buying-Prozessen ▪ Überzeugende Präsentation und Positionierung der SaaS-Lösung gegenüber Senior Stakeholdern und Executives ▪ Effizientes Vorantreiben von Deals, souveräner Umgang mit Einwänden, Verhandlung kommerzieller Konditionen und kontinuierliches Closing von Umsatz ▪ Sauberes Pipeline-Management, verlässliches Forecasting und vollständige Deal-Dokumentation im CRM ▪ Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Foundern und internen Stakeholdern zur Optimierung von Sales-Prozessen, Messaging und Ideal Customer Profile ▪ Identifikation von Upsell- und Expansion-Potenzialen innerhalb inbound-getriebener Accounts ▪ Volle Ownership für Umsatzziele und konsequente Übererfüllung von Sales-Quoten ▪ Umsetzung gezielter, stark fokussierter Outbound-Aktivitäten bei Bedarf
