Curte rotina contábil, é organizado(a) e quer dar o próximo passo na carreira? Essa vaga de Assistente Contábil Júnior pode ser o seu lugar.

Você vai atuar em um escritório contábil em crescimento, com time parceiro e espaço para aprender na prática. Aqui, você terá contato com diferentes clientes e segmentos, ganhando visão ampla da área contábil.

  • Realizar a classificação e digitação de documentos contábeis (notas fiscais, extratos e folha de pagamento).
  • Efetuar a conciliação de contas bancárias, clientes e fornecedores, identificando e corrigindo pendências.
  • Auxiliar na alocação correta de receitas e despesas conforme o plano de contas da empresa.
  • Garantir a integridade dos lançamentos de débito e crédito no sistema contábil.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração e conferência de balancetes mensais para verificação de saldos.
  • Preparar planilhas de suporte para o fechamento contábil, como depreciações e amortizações.
  • Identificar variações significativas nas contas de resultado e reportar ao analista responsável.
  • Colaborar no levantamento de dados para a composição do Balanço Patrimonial e DRE.
  • Organizar o arquivo físico e digital de toda a documentação que suporta os atos contábeis.
  • Validar a conformidade dos documentos recebidos dos clientes antes da contabilização.
  • Auxiliar no atendimento a solicitações de auditorias ou fiscalizações simples.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Graduação em curso a partir do 6º em Ciências Contábeis.
  • Experiência prévia em escritório contábil.
  • Noções de lançamentos contábeis, conciliações e rotinas fiscais básicas.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e organização com prazos.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência com sistemas contábeis (Fortes, Domínio, Prosoft, Alterdata ou similares).
  • Experiência com empresas do Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e/ou Lucro Real.
  • Participação em cursos, workshops ou certificações na área contábil/fiscal.
  • Perfil colaborativo, vontade de aprender e crescer na carreira contábil.
