Buscamos alguém para ser referência técnica e de liderança, conduzindo processos de ponta a ponta: de recrutamento operacional a posições executivas, implantação de RH e desenvolvimento de lideranças em clientes de diferentes segmentos.

  • Conduzir processos de Recrutamento & Seleção em todos os níveis.
  • Liderar seleção de posições estratégicas (C-level, diretoria e liderança).
  • Atuar com outplacement e recolocação profissional.
  • Planejar e aplicar treinamentos corporativos e capacitações.
  • Desenvolver lideranças e apoiar gestores dos clientes.
  • Implantar/estruturar áreas de RH e realizar diagnósticos organizacionais.
  • Gerir a equipe técnica e garantir sucesso e expansão dos clientes.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Graduação completa em Psicologia.
  • Experiência em Recrutamento & Seleção em múltiplos níveis (operacional a liderança).
  • Vivência em consultoria de RH ou em projetos de RH generalista.
  • Experiência em liderança de pessoas ou coordenação de times/projetos.
  • Comunicação assertiva, capacidade de persuasão e boa negociação com clientes.
  • Disponibilidade para modelo híbrido de trabalho.

Diferenciais:

  • Pós-graduação em Gestão, Liderança, Projetos ou áreas correlatas.
  • Atuação prévia com posições C-level e diretoria.
  • Experiência em implantação de RH, pesquisa de clima e diagnósticos organizacionais.
  • Vivência com treinamentos, mentoria de lideranças e programas de desenvolvimento.
