The posting

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation and integration of the solution.
  • Oversee engineering practices, including secure coding, code reviews, test automation, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers and testers on estimation, solution design, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and environment setup across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Ensure operational readiness, including observability, error handling, and production incident support, including after-hours support rotation when required.
  • Drive system performance tuning, reliability improvements, and compliance with security standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation and conduct technical walkthroughs for delivery and operational handover.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams for cloud or hybrid solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with API and microservices architecture and design.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, and code quality/security tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
  • Good analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance ERP system implementations.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with the proposed ERP SaaS product.
  • Experience leading at least one finance ERP implementation project of similar scope and complexity as a Technical Lead.
  • Relevant certification in the proposed ERP SaaS product is required.
