  • Quarterly Earnings Support: Support quarterly earnings processes, including timelines, content collation, version control, approval workflows, earnings presentations, Q&A documents, and post-results summaries.
  • IR Materials: Assist in preparing investor presentations, earnings materials, corporate fact sheets, FAQs, analyst call notes, and other IR communication materials.

Research, Valuation and Market Intelligence

  • Valuation Analysis: Support regular valuation analysis, including peer comparison, trading multiples, historical valuation trends, market benchmarking, and valuation gaps versus peers.
  • Market and Consensus Tracking: Track company and peer valuation metrics, analyst estimates, consensus expectations, target prices, rating changes, share price performance, and sector valuation trends.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor analyst reports, investor commentary, peer updates, sector news, regulatory developments, capital market activity, shareholding patterns, and institutional ownership.
  • Peer Benchmarking: Prepare competitor benchmarking across financial performance, growth metrics, margins, business mix, AI positioning, and valuation.

Administration, Process and Documentation

  • Interaction Documentation: Maintain detailed notes of all investor, analyst, and market participant interactions, including key questions, feedback, concerns, follow-up items, and management responses.
  • Trackers and Databases: Maintain structured trackers / CRM for investor contacts, analyst coverage, meetings, conferences, action items, and pending responses.
  • Process Management: Support IR workflows, timelines, documentation, approvals, record-keeping, and periodic reporting.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Ensure confidentiality and sound judgment while handling company-sensitive, unpublished, or price-sensitive information.

AI and Productivity Enablement

  • AI Tools: Use AI tools to improve efficiency in research, meeting summaries, report preparation, content drafting, market tracking, and workflow automation.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IR tasks such as meeting trackers, follow-up reminders, valuation dashboards, contact databases, and periodic reports.
  • Responsible AI Usage: Use AI responsibly while maintaining strict confidentiality of unpublished, price-sensitive, and company-sensitive information.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
