Als Accountmanager Binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor internationale partners. Je verwerkt orders via mail, telefoon en de online configurator en zorgt dat alles klopt voordat het de deur uitgaat. Je bouwt aan sterke relaties met klanten, denkt mee over hun vraag en schakelt intern met productie en logistiek. Zo houd je de service op peil en zorg je dat afspraken worden nagekomen.

Deze werkgever is een technisch handels- en productiebedrijf in Zeewolde. De organisatie levert aan klanten in binnen- en buitenland en werkt in een dynamische, internationale kantooromgeving met korte lijnen tussen de afdelingen.

Jij bent commercieel ingesteld, nauwkeurig en klantgericht. Je houdt het overzicht in een omgeving waar veel tegelijk speelt en schakelt makkelijk tussen talen en gesprekspartners. Je neemt initiatief, bent betrouwbaar en werkt graag samen met collega's. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • een commerciele instelling en oog voor detail;
  • een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal;
  • affiniteit met een technische productomgeving;
  • een zelfstandige en klantgerichte manier van werken.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
