Dit is een algemene vacature, we kennen verschillende bedrijven waar ze iemand voor een soortgelijke functie zoeken. We gaan graag met je in gesprek om te kijken of we jou kunnen matchen aan een bedrijf uit ons netwerk.

Als IT-consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van onze klanten over strategische IT-vraagstukken en het leveren van op maat gemaakte oplossingen om hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen te ondersteunen. Je zult nauw samenwerken met klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen, IT-systemen te analyseren en aanbevelingen te doen voor verbeteringen op het gebied van efficiëntie, beveiliging en innovatie.

Dit kunnen jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Voeren van gesprekken met klanten om hun zakelijke doelstellingen en IT-behoeften te begrijpen.
  • Analyseren van bestaande IT-systemen, processen en infrastructuren om inefficiënties en potentiële verbeterpunten te identificeren.
  • Ontwikkelen van op maat gemaakte IT-oplossingen en strategieën die aansluiten bij de behoeften en doelstellingen van klanten.
  • Adviseren van klanten over technologische trends, best practices en opkomende technologieën die relevant zijn voor hun bedrijf.
  • Opstellen van gedetailleerde implementatieplannen en het begeleiden van klanten bij de uitvoering van IT-projecten.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en beveiligingsaudits om de veiligheid en compliance van IT-systemen te waarborgen.
  • Trainen van personeel van klanten over het gebruik van nieuwe systemen, software of technologieën.
  • Onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten en het bieden van voortdurende ondersteuning en advies na de implementatie van IT-oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams en externe leveranciers om technische uitdagingen op te lossen en projecten succesvol af te ronden.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van ontwikkelingen in de IT-sector en het delen van kennis en expertise binnen het team en met klanten.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
