Als afstudeerder Software Engineering doe je onderzoek naar het aansturen van een assensysteem met een nieuw type PLC in combinatie met de bijbehorende programmeertaal. Op dit moment worden de routes voor palletiseren met vaste coordinaten geprogrammeerd; jij onderzoekt of dat ook via een teachpendant kan, zoals bij robots gebeurt. Je werkt je bevindingen uit tot een proof of concept op echte hardware.

Deze werkgever is een technisch installatiebedrijf in Nunspeet. De organisatie werkt aan installaties en industriele automatisering voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers en begeleidt studenten met een vaste begeleider en ruimte voor eigen inbreng.

Jij bent bezig met het afronden van je hbo-opleiding ICT, bij voorkeur in de richting software engineering. Je werkt graag praktisch en zelfstandig, bent nieuwsgierig naar besturingstechniek en vindt het leuk om iets uit te zoeken wat nog niet eerder zo is gedaan. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • een lopende hbo-opleiding ICT of software engineering;
  • affiniteit met besturingstechniek en industriele automatisering;
  • basiskennis van programmeren;
  • een onderzoekende en zelfstandige werkhouding;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
