Als Junior Finance Applicatiespecialist werk je op het snijvlak van finance, IT en processen. Je verdiept je in financiële applicaties en leert hoe administraties in de praktijk functioneren. Je beantwoordt vragen van collega’s en klanten over de boekhoudsoftware die zij dagelijks gebruiken. Je denkt mee over een efficiënte inrichting van administraties en signaleert kansen voor automatisering. Samen met je team optimaliseer je processen en zorg je dat de systemen goed aansluiten op de dagelijkse praktijk.

Deze werkgever is een accountants- en advieskantoor met een vestiging in Zwolle. Je komt in een organisatie waar leren mag en fouten maken mag, met persoonlijke begeleiding door ervaren collega’s en ruimte om trainingen te volgen en certificeringen te halen.

Jij wilt groeien en anderen helpen groeien. Je bent nieuwsgierig, stelt vragen en denkt actief mee over verbetering. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je werk en zoekt de samenwerking op wanneer dat nodig is. Techniek weet je begrijpelijk te maken voor gebruikers. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • mbo-plus werk- en denkniveau in finance, bedrijfskunde, ICT of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • interesse in finance en in software;
  • affiniteit met administratieve processen en boekhoudsoftware;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een leergierige houding;
  • ervaring in administratie, IT-support of klantcontact is een pré.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
