Als Product Manager geef je richting aan het productportfolio. Je signaleert marktontwikkelingen, klantbehoeften en kansen, en je vertaalt die naar producten die het verschil maken. Je bouwt een pipeline voor nieuwe producten en coordineert de ontwikkeling en de marktintroductie. Je stelt go-to-market-plannen op en beheert de hele levenscyclus: introductie, optimalisatie en uitfasering. Je bewaakt prijsstelling, marges en voorraadniveaus, en je werkt samen met sales, marketing, R&D, operations en inkoop.

Dit bedrijf is een internationaal productiebedrijf in Elburg. Je werkt in een technische omgeving waarin producten, toepassingen en markten nauw samenhangen, en je schakelt met collega's in meerdere landen.

Je bent ondernemend, nieuwsgierig en commercieel ingesteld. Je begrijpt hoe producten, toepassingen en markten samenhangen en je weet verschillende disciplines bij elkaar te brengen. Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, en je hebt de drive om nieuwe ideeen ook echt te introduceren. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch, commercieel of bedrijfskundig;
  • ruime ervaring in productmanagement, business development of sales;
  • ervaring in een technische of industriele omgeving;
  • het vermogen om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar productoplossingen;
  • sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
