Als afstudeerstagiair Finance en Control onderzoek je hoe de kostprijs per gewerkt uur is opgebouwd en welke factoren daar de meeste invloed op hebben. Je kijkt naar directe loonkosten en werkgeverslasten, maar ook naar indirecte kosten zoals recruitment, planning, backoffice en overhead. Je vertaalt je bevindingen naar een model, dashboard of rapportage waarmee finance en management structureel kunnen sturen, en je komt met concrete aanbevelingen om de operationele efficientie te verbeteren.

Dit bedrijf is een arbeidsbemiddelings- en opleidingsorganisatie in Emmeloord. Je krijgt een vaste stagebegeleider en werkt aan een opdracht met direct resultaat voor de organisatie, in een team waarin hard werken en gezelligheid samengaan.

Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in een financiele of bedrijfskundige richting en zoekt een afstudeeropdracht waarin je niet alleen met cijfers werkt, maar ook meedenkt over hoe het slimmer kan. Je werkt nauwkeurig, legt verbanden tussen cijfers en de praktijk en neemt zelf initiatief. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • een opleiding op hbo- of wo-niveau in finance, bedrijfseconomie, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • interesse in business control, data-analyse en procesverbetering;
  • een analytische blik en oog voor detail;
  • de vaardigheid om je bevindingen helder op papier te zetten;
  • een proactieve houding en zin om mee te denken over verbeteringen.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
