Als afstudeerstagiair Interne Automatisering ga je op zoek naar manieren om de bedrijfsprocessen van deze organisatie te stroomlijnen. Je begint met een grondige analyse van welke taken en werkzaamheden de meeste tijd kosten. Op basis daarvan ontwerp je automatiseringen die tijd besparen en het werk moderner maken. Je werkt je voorstel uit, test het in de praktijk en levert een onderbouwd advies op waarmee het team verder kan.

Deze werkgever is een softwarebedrijf in Harderwijk. Het bedrijf maakt software voor onderhoudsbeheer en werkt met een klein, hecht team waarin een stagiair snel meedraait. Er is ruimte voor eigen ideeen.

Jij bent een student die processen graag slimmer maakt en die niet bang is om zelf iets te bouwen. Je werkt analytisch, bent praktisch ingesteld en houdt ervan om je werk terug te zien in de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Je vraagt collega's makkelijk om input. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • een lopende hbo-opleiding in een informatica- of bedrijfskundige richting;
  • affiniteit met procesanalyse en automatisering;
  • basiskennis van het bouwen of inrichten van geautomatiseerde workflows;
  • een zelfstandige en onderzoekende werkhouding;
  • beschikbaarheid voor een fulltime afstudeerstage.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
