Als afstudeerstagiair Maintenance Processen en Data analyseer je klantdata en meet je de effectiviteit van de onderhoudsoplossingen die deze organisatie levert. Je stelt een onderzoeksvraag op en zoekt daar antwoord op: wat levert de software de klant op, waar is nog behoefte aan en wat doet de concurrentie? Je brengt de voordelen in kaart en doet voorstellen om de software verder te optimaliseren. Waar het kan help je mee met het verwerken van je uitkomsten.

Dit bedrijf is een softwarebedrijf in Harderwijk dat software voor onderhoudsbeheer maakt. Klanten registreren daarin het onderhoud aan machines, gebouwen en voertuigen. Data speelt binnen de organisatie een grote rol.

Jij bent een student die graag in data duikt en die het leuk vindt om zelf een onderzoek op te zetten. Je stelt scherpe vragen, werkt gestructureerd en kunt je conclusies helder presenteren. Je gaat makkelijk in gesprek met klanten en collega's. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • een lopende hbo-opleiding in een bedrijfskundige of informatica-richting;
  • affiniteit met data-analyse en het werken met klantgegevens;
  • interesse in onderhoudsprocessen en softwaregebruik;
  • goede schriftelijke en mondelinge uitdrukkingsvaardigheid;
  • beschikbaarheid voor een fulltime afstudeerstage.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
