Als Analist IT en Processen verbind je bedrijfsprocessen, data en technologie met elkaar. Je analyseert hoe de organisatie werkt en vertaalt die inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen in de systemen. Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert dashboards in Power BI, denkt mee over de doorontwikkeling van het ERP-landschap en zorgt dat data en applicaties de dagelijkse operatie echt ondersteunen. Daarnaast ben je de verbindende schakel tussen managers, technische teams en operationele collega's, en verken je waar AI de analyses en processen verder kan helpen.

Deze werkgever is een netwerk- en telecominfrabedrijf in Harderwijk. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waarin IT, data en de uitvoering in het veld dicht bij elkaar liggen, en waarin je snel schakelt met collega's op heel verschillende niveaus.

Je bent analytisch sterk en nieuwsgierig naar hoe processen in elkaar zitten. Je stapt makkelijk van een datavraag over naar een gesprek op de werkvloer, en je houdt daarbij het doel voor ogen: slimmer en efficienter werken. Je werkt proactief en communiceert helder. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • ervaring met het analyseren en verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen;
  • aantoonbare ervaring met Power BI en met rapportages en dashboards;
  • affiniteit met ERP-systemen en de wens je daarin verder te ontwikkelen;
  • het vermogen om te schakelen tussen management, techniek en uitvoering;
  • interesse in de mogelijkheden van AI voor data-analyse en procesverbetering.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
