Als Backoffice Medewerker verzorg je de administratie rond de instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van kandidaten. Je verwerkt contracten en persoonsgegevens, controleert gewerkte uren en ziet erop toe dat plaatsingen, betalingen en facturen kloppen. Je houdt aflopende contracten en identiteitsbewijzen bij en vergelijkt periodieke rapportages met elkaar, zodat je afwijkingen vroeg opmerkt. Daarnaast ben je een vast aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten, collega's en klanten met vragen over arbeidsvoorwaarden, cao-regels en personeelszaken.

Deze werkgever is een arbeidsbemiddelings- en opleidingsorganisatie in Emmeloord. De organisatie brengt dagelijks mensen en werkgevers bij elkaar en werkt met verschillende labels voor uiteenlopende branches, van zorg tot techniek en logistiek.

Jij werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een uitzonderlijk oog voor detail. Het werk kent een vast ritme, maar juist jouw vermogen om kritisch te controleren, zorgvuldig te verwerken en zaken helemaal uit te zoeken maakt het verschil. Je vindt het leuk om je in regelgeving te verdiepen. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • ervaring met het afhandelen van e-mail en telefonisch klantcontact;
  • goede kennis van Excel en van administratieve systemen;
  • affiniteit met salarisadministratie en arbeidsovereenkomsten, of de wil je daarin te verdiepen;
  • een vakdiploma voor de flexbranche, of de bereidheid dit te halen.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
