Als Business Analist houd jij je bezig met de digitalisering en transformatie binnen dit bedrijf. Je analyseert en krijgt een beeld van de wensen en behoeftes van de verschillende stakeholders. Je gaat in gesprek met hen én jouw IT-collega’s om tot de juiste aanpak te komen. Jij hebt hierin een adviserende rol. Wanneer de juiste aanpak is gekozen, vertaal jij dit naar een duidelijk plan voor het projectteam. Ook draag je bij aan changeproces om de verschillende aanpassingen binnen de organisatie te laten landen.

Deze rol is bij een groot, internationaal bedrijf uit onze regio. Ze ontwikkelen en produceren hightech, innovatieve producten. Je werkt in een informele en prettige sfeer, waar vertrouwen en vrijheid is. Ook is er veel ruimte voor doorontwikkeling binnen de organisatie.

Jij hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en weet ingewikkelde stof duidelijk over te brengen. Je spreekt diverse stakeholders en collega’s en weet op hun verschillende niveaus en met hun kennis om te gaan. Je bent innovatief en weet van aanpakken. Tijdens jouw werkzaamheden houd je het belang van de organisatie in je achterhoofd. Je bent flexibel ingesteld. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Hbo of wo opleiding in Bedrijfskundige Informatica, Technische Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare studie;
  • Vijf jaar werkervaring;
  • Kennis van methoden en technieken over requirements engineering, procesontwerp- en analyse, informatie management en data analyse, systeemontwikkeling en business proces management (BPM);
  • Ervaring op een of meerdere van de volgende applicaties is een pre: ERP (Infor), PLM (Pro.File), EAM (IBM Maximo), CAD (SolidWorks), CRM (MS Dynamics), DMS, HRMS, O365/SharePoint;
  • Ervaring in een technische (machinebouw) omgeving is pre.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
