Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst Groothandel ben je de schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's. Je verwerkt en begeleidt orders van aanvraag tot levering, stelt offertes op en volgt die actief op. Je maakt calculaties en prijsberekeningen, adviseert klanten over producten en oplossingen en bewaakt levertijden. Signaleer je een commerciele kans, dan pak je die op. Je zorgt daarnaast voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling, zodat klanten kunnen rekenen op persoonlijke en professionele service.

Deze werkgever is een groothandel met een sterke e-commercetak. Voor deze functie werk je op de vestiging in Harderwijk, in een omgeving waarin klantgerichtheid, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan en geen dag hetzelfde is.

Je bent een energieke collega die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en makkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, houdt overzicht als het druk is en helpt klanten op een vriendelijke, oplossingsgerichte manier. Leergierig ben je ook: je wilt je blijven ontwikkelen in het vak. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • mbo-plus of hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • ervaring in een commerciele binnendienstfunctie is een pre;
  • affiniteit met technische producten;
  • een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, en bij voorkeur ook van Duits en Engels;
  • ervaring met Microsoft Office, waaronder Outlook en Excel;
  • ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pre.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
