Als Corporate Recruiter werf en selecteer je nieuwe collega's voor de verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie. Je bouwt aan een sterke kandidaatervaring en aan het werkgeversmerk, en werkt daarvoor samen met hiring managers en met collega's van HR en marketing. Je adviseert over de recruitmentstrategie en zet de directe wervingsvraag om in een aanpak die ook op langere termijn werkt. Er liggen heldere functieprofielen en een nieuw onboardingprogramma waarop je verder bouwt.

Deze werkgever is een arbeidsbemiddelings- en opleidingsorganisatie in Emmeloord. De organisatie groeit, waardoor er ruimte is om processen te verbeteren en je eigen rol verder mee te ontwikkelen.

Jij weet dat er altijd behoefte is aan nieuw talent en schakelt soepel tussen strategie en uitvoering. Je volgt de arbeidsmarkt, hebt een duidelijke visie op corporate recruitment en verbindt mensen gemakkelijk. Je werkt zelfstandig en krijgt energie van een omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • ervaring als corporate recruiter of in een vergelijkbare recruitmentrol;
  • kennis van wervingstechnieken en van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie;
  • ervaring met employer branding en social media;
  • het vermogen overzicht te houden, prioriteiten te stellen en snel te schakelen.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
