Als Customer Service Medewerker krijg jij energie van het helpen van klanten! Jij bent de eerste persoon die de klant spreekt bij een telefonische vraag of via de helpdesktool. Dit zijn grotendeels functionele vragen waar je zelf op kunt antwoorden. Bij complexere vragen kun je collega's van andere afdelingen inschakelen. Je werkt met een klein team met een goede sfeer, gedrevenheid en humor.

Dit bedrijf beheert een eigen softwaresuite bestaande ut innovatieve modules en applicaties, gericht op de woonbranche. De gebruiker kan in de software o.a. voorraden bijhouden, producten beheren en gebruik maken van de verkoopapplicatie op de winkelvloer. Dit bedrijf staat voor kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid. Ze zijn constant bezig hun software te vernieuwen.

Jij bent een enthousiast en klantvriendelijk persoon. Je hoeft nog geen kennis te hebben van de software, affiniteit met IT en ervaring met klantenservice is belangrijker. Je hebt goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden. Ook weet jij goed te presteren wanneer het druk is. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Mbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring in klantenservice en affiniteit met IT is een pre;
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en houdt structuur en overzicht in je werk.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
