Dit bedrijf in Harderwijk is dé HR-partner voor het MKB. 'Wij zorgen ervoor dat HR-administratie en HR-managementoplossingen simpel en flexibel toegankelijk zijn voor kleine en middelgrote bedrijven in Nederland. Wij zijn jouw flexibele partner die vooruitstrevend en proactief helpt bij alle HR-managementvraagstukken.'

Als HR Specialist ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en hun medewerkers. Je helpt bij het oplossen van conflicten en geeft advies over het verbeteren van het personeelsbeleid. Ook ondersteun je jouw collega’s bij verschillende HR-vragen en administratieve taken.

In deze functie:

  • Werk je zelfstandig en heb je je eigen verantwoordelijkheden, zoals het beheren van personeelsdossiers en het verwerken van salarisadministratie.
  • Breng je jouw ideeën en creativiteit in om processen te verbeteren en HR-vraagstukken op te lossen.
  • Heb je werkervaring op het gebied van HR en ben je op de hoogte van actuele wet- en regelgeving.
  • Sta je open om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen in je rol.
  • Bied je ondersteuning bij wervingsprocessen, zoals het opstellen van vacatureteksten en het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Organiseer je HR-activiteiten, zoals teamuitjes en beoordelingsgesprekken, en zorg je voor een positieve sfeer binnen het team.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
