Als IT Consultant ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de softwareoplossingen en de dagelijkse praktijk van werkbedrijven en gemeenten. Je begeleidt implementaties, adviseert over de functionele inrichting en optimale werkprocessen en ondersteunt bij complexe klantvragen en configuraties. Je geeft trainingen en workshops aan gebruikers en key users. Daarnaast denk je mee over productverbeteringen en werk je samen met accountmanagement, support en productontwikkeling.

Deze werkgever is een ICT-dienstverlener in Harderwijk. De organisatie ontwikkelt software voor het sociaal domein en werkt samen met gemeenten en werk- en ontwikkelbedrijven. Je werkt vanuit huis, vanaf kantoor of op locatie bij de klant.

Jij schakelt makkelijk tussen klantwens, techniek en proces. Je werkt zelfstandig, bent oplossingsgericht en analytisch sterk. Je vindt het leuk om op pad te gaan en klanten door heel Nederland te bezoeken. Werkervaring is niet nodig, enthousiasme en leergierigheid wegen zwaarder. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • hbo werk- en denkniveau met een relevante opleiding, bijvoorbeeld ICT, bedrijfskunde of Business IT en Management;
  • affiniteit met software en digitale werkprocessen;
  • goede communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden;
  • een zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding;
  • een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
