Als IT Networking & Radio Frequency Engineer houd jij je bezig met het ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van draadloze communicatie- en netwerkoplossingen voor onbemande systemen en C5ISR-componenten. Je werkt aan tactische communicatie, RF-linkverbindingen, software gedefinieerde radio’s en high-performance netwerken die opereren in veeleisende omgevingen. Ook voer je frequentieplanningen, spectrumanalyses en storingsonderzoeken uit om sterke en veilige verbindingen te creëren.

Dit Nederlandse bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in netwerkgerichte lucht-, land- en zee robotica-oplossingen voor militaire en civiele toepassingen. Het bedrijf is internationaal actief. De werkwijze binnen het bedrijf is uitvinden of iets werkt door het gewoon te doen.

Jij bent een ‘problem solver’ en hebt een analytische blik. Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische, high-tech omgeving. Door de internationale klanten reis je wanneer nodig naar het buitenland. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Hbo/wo-diploma in Elektrotechniek, ICT, Netwerkengineering of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • Drie jaar ervaring in IT-netwerken of RF-communicatie;
  • Kennis van netwerktechnologieën als Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, SD=WAN, VPN, Vlan of QoS;
  • Ervaring met RF-technieken en radiofrequentiesystemen als VHF/UHF, SDR, LTE of SATCOM;
  • Kennis van netwerkbeveiliging en encryptietechnologieën;
  • Ervaring met Wireshark, MATLAB, SDR-software spectrum analyzers en RF testapparatuur;
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, Duits en Frans is pre.
