Als Leidinggevend Monteur Besturingstechniek ben je op locatie het aanspreekpunt voor de montage van regeltechnische installaties. Je realiseert de installatie, verzorgt de bedrading van besturingspanelen en bekabelt fabrieksinstallaties en machinekamers. Je bent betrokken bij de IO-testen en stemt af met de inbedrijfsteller en de werkvoorbereider. Daarnaast stuur je monteurs aan, verdeel je het werk en bewaak je de kwaliteit en de urenbesteding van het team.

Deze werkgever is een technisch installatiebedrijf in Nunspeet. De organisatie ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt elektrotechnische, werktuigkundige en waterbehandelingsinstallaties voor zwembaden, sportcomplexen en wellnesslocaties, en werkt daarnaast aan industriele automatisering.

Jij bent een ervaren monteur die het leuk vindt om anderen mee te nemen in het vak. Je houdt overzicht op de werkvloer, communiceert duidelijk en houdt de kwaliteit en de planning in de gaten. Afwisseling in locaties en technieken spreekt je aan. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting besturingstechniek, mechatronica of elektrotechniek;
  • ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bijvoorbeeld als (hoofd)monteur besturingstechniek;
  • ervaring met installaties voor industriele productie- en procesautomatisering;
  • ervaring met het aansturen van collega's op de werkvloer;
  • een kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
