Als Medior Business Intelligence Consultant werk je voor een tot drie opdrachtgevers tegelijk en schakel je continu tussen techniek en business. Je vertaalt vragen naar datamodellen, datasets en inzichten, bouwt en optimaliseert dashboards en zorgt dat modellen schaalbaar en performant blijven. Je brengt data uit verschillende bronnen logisch samen en denkt mee over stuurinformatie. Je let erop dat rapportages niet alleen kloppen, maar ook logisch en prettig in gebruik zijn.

Deze werkgever is een IT-consultancybureau in Zwolle, gespecialiseerd in data en cloud. Je werkt in een informeel team van consultants en engineers, met korte lijnen, veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en aandacht voor kennisdeling en opleiding.

Jij werkt graag met data, maar wilt vooral snappen wat erachter zit. Je stelt vragen, denkt mee over de vraag achter de vraag en krijgt energie van inzichten waar mensen echt iets mee kunnen. Je durft ook opdrachten aan te pakken die nieuw voor je zijn. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • enkele jaren ervaring als BI-consultant, BI-developer of rapportagespecialist;
  • ruime ervaring met modelleren, DAX en datavisualisatie;
  • het vermogen om zelfstandig datamodellen te ontwerpen;
  • ervaring met het ophalen en vertalen van klantwensen;
  • een consultancy-mindset en de wil om je te blijven ontwikkelen.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
