Als Medior IT Engineer bedenk jij slimme IT-oplossingen en implementeer je deze bij de klant. Je ondersteunt de eerstelijns support bij de afhandeling van supportvragen. Met jouw duidelijke analyses weten jullie snel achter de oorzaak van een probleem te komen.

Dit bedrijf levert al 25 jaar IT-diensten aan klanten in diverse sectoren. Dit zijn kleine bedrijven met vijf werkplekken, maar ook grote organisaties met wel 1500 werkplekken. Een persoonlijke aanpak, flexibele houding en snelle acties typeren dit bedrijf en intern zijn ze bezig met verandering en groei.

Nieuwe kansen zie jij snel en speel je op in. Je bent analytisch en kritisch en weet dit te communiceren in heldere probleemanalyses. Je werkt zelfstandig en houdt jouw IT-kennis up-to-date. Daarnaast heb je:

  • ICT gerelateerd mbo4-diploma;
  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Relevante ervaring als IT Engineer;
  • de volgende certificaten behaald of je bent bereid deze te behalen; MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals SC-400: Administering Information Protection and Compliance in Microsoft 365 SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
