Als Senior .NET developer werk je voor en met klanten aan innovatieve projecten. Jij bent de strategische sparringspartner voor de klant en weet hun vraagstuk om te zetten in een technische oplossing. Jij leidt jouw team door het project heen. Met jouw ervaring en kennis ben je ook een vraagbaak en buddy voor minder ervaren collega's. Je deelt jouw kennis door handleidingen op te stellen of workshops te geven, om zo de kennis van het gehele bedrijf te optimaliseren. Ook help je bij het aannemen van nieuwe collega's.

Dit bedrijf creëert platforms, software en applicaties en helpen andere bedrijven daarmee in te spelen op de veranderende digitale wereld. Deze organisatie bestaat grotendeels uit jonge medewerkers. Ook organiseert het team geregeld momenten om samen te komen, voor lunch of gezellige avonden.

Met jouw ervaring en drive breng je een positieve sfeer in het team. Je weet hoe je mensen mee moet krijgen en bent niet bang om keuzes te maken. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Minstens zeven jaar ontwikkelervaring als .NET Developer;
  • Het is een grote pré als je ervaring hebt met het begeleiden van developers;
  • Kennis van het .NET platform op basis van C#;
  • Kennis om webapplicaties te schrijven met ASP.NET;
  • Kennis om applicaties te hosten op Azure;
  • Naast de stacks, ook kennis van TDD, CI/CD en het voorkomen van incidenten;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
