Dit is een algemene vacature, we kennen verschillende bedrijven waar ze iemand voor een soortgelijke functie zoeken. We gaan graag met je in gesprek om te kijken of we jou kunnen matchen aan een bedrijf uit ons netwerk.

Als product owner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de visie en het leiden van de ontwikkeling van producten. Je zult fungeren als de stem van de klant binnen het team en samenwerken met verschillende belanghebbenden om de behoeften van de gebruikers te begrijpen en te vertalen naar waardevolle en bruikbare functionaliteiten. Deze rol biedt een uitstekende kans om invloed uit te oefenen op de productstrategie en bij te dragen aan de groei en het succes van ons bedrijf.

Dit kunnen jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Definiëren en prioriteren van de product backlog op basis van de visie van het product, klantfeedback en zakelijke vereisten.
  • Werken aan het opstellen van gedetailleerde user stories, requirements en acceptatiecriteria in samenwerking met het ontwikkelingsteam.
  • Fungeren als de primaire contactpersoon tussen het ontwikkelingsteam en andere belanghebbenden, zoals klanten, management en marketing.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie van de productvisie, doelstellingen en prioriteiten aan alle betrokkenen.
  • Faciliteren van sprint planning, review en retrospective meetings om ervoor te zorgen dat het ontwikkelingsteam effectief en efficiënt kan werken.
  • Actief betrokken zijn bij de voortgang van het ontwikkelingsproces en het leveren van feedback aan het team om de kwaliteit en waarde van het product te waarborgen.
  • Regelmatig feedback verzamelen van klanten en gebruikers om de productstrategie te valideren en aan te passen.
  • Voortdurend onderzoeken van markttrends, concurrentieanalyse en gebruikersgedrag om kansen voor productverbetering te identificeren.
  • Samenwerken met marketing- en verkoopteams om productlanceringen te plannen en marketingcampagnes te ondersteunen.
  • Optreden als een leider en mentor binnen het team en het bevorderen van een cultuur van samenwerking, innovatie en continue verbetering.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
