Als productiemanager stuur je de teamleiders en operators van de productieafdeling aan. Je bewaakt de planning, de voortgang en de prestaties van de afdeling en zorgt voor een goede personeelsplanning en flexibele inzet. Je bepaalt de capaciteit, de lay-out en de investeringsprioriteiten en stemt de ordervolgorde af met planning en sales. Je standaardiseert instellingen, recepten en werkmethoden, coördineert verbeterprojecten en levert input voor de meerjarenplanning.

Deze werkgever is een internationaal productiebedrijf in Elburg. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving en schakelt dagelijks met planning, sales en de technische dienst. De organisatie investeert stevig in digitalisering.

Jij combineert technisch inzicht met leiderschap. Je bent analytisch, besluitvaardig en houdt het hoofd koel als het spannend wordt. Je krijgt energie van teams die beter gaan presteren en van processen die strakker gaan lopen. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld werktuigbouwkunde, technische bedrijfskunde of supply chain;
  • minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een industriële omgeving, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol;
  • ervaring met ERP- en MES-systemen;
  • kennis van kwaliteitssystemen zoals ISO;
  • ervaring met digitaliserings- en verbeterprojecten in productieomgevingen;
  • een vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels; Duits of Frans is een pre.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
