Als projectleider In Control werk jij met de nieuwe digitale meetoplossing In Control, die het inmeten van ondergrondse netwerken sneller, nauwkeuriger en efficiënter maakt. Dit is een nieuw onderdeel voor deze werkgever, dus de werkwijze en processen zijn nog in ontwikkeling. Jij houdt je bezig met het invullen dan die processen, je bent de technische sparringspartner voor klanten in en buiten Nederland. Je weet wat er bij je klant speelt, wat hun wensen zijn en weet dit om te zetten in een proces. Je houdt je bezig met zowel implementatie als het onderhouden en verbeteren van bestaande klantprocessen.

Deze werkgever is internationaal actief in de telecominfrastructuur. Samenwerken en hoge kwaliteit zijn de twee belangrijkste speerpunten binnen de organisatie. Het is een dynamische organisatie waarin jij de ruimte krijgt om te blijven groeien.

Je bent oplossingsgericht en ondernemend persoon. Met jouw enthousiasme neem je de klant mee in het project en geeft advies. Met jouw communicatieve skills weet je de moeilijkste technische concepten behapbaar te maken voor de klant. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring als projectleider, het liefst in de sector technologie of infrastructuur;
  • Affiniteit met digitale innovaties.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
