Als Sales Consultant zoek jij contact met potentiële klanten en bestaande klanten uit jouw klantenportfolio. Eerst analyseer je de markt om te zien waar de kansen liggen. Je gaat het gesprek aan met de klant om de klantvraag te begrijpen en een plan van aanpak voor hen op te stellen. Jouw doel? De naamsbekendheid en marktaandeel van jouw werkgever vergroten en goede overeenkomsten met de klant af te sluiten. Dit doe jij in de regio Zuid-Holland en Noord-Brabant. Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen aanpak te creëren en een strategisch plan op te stellen. Je bent drie á vier dagen in de week op pad en minimaal één dag per week op kantoor in Nunspeet voor overleg met je collega's.

Dit bedrijf verzorgt technische oplossingen voor bedrijven in de maak- en procesindustrie zodat hun processen optimaal kunnen verlopen. Daarbij is ook de impact op maatschappij en milieu belangrijk. Er heerst een nuchtere, familiare sfeer binnen het ervaren team. Met enige regelmaat organiseren ze leuke uitjes om je collega's beter te leren kennen.

Jij bent dé gesprekspartner die een klant nodig heeft om de samenwerking aan te gaan. Jij kunt de technische materie helder overbrengen aan de klant en weet verbindingen te leggen. Je hebt vertrouwen in je eigen kunnen én die van het bedrijf en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau, vanuit de opleiding Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • Vijf jaar werkervaring als sales consultant in een technische B2B-omgeving, ervaring in de industriële automatisering is pre;
  • Kennis van de branche.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
