Als Senior Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en begeleiding van diverse technische projecten. Je zorgt voor optimale installaties van hard- en software bij klanten en helpt hen met hun digitale transformatie. Je onderhoudt de klantrelaties en zorgt voor hoge klanttevredenheid. Na afloop van een project evalueer jij en ga je op zoek naar verbeterpunten binnen het werkproces. Jouw kennis en expertise deel je met je team.

Deze werkgever is regionaal opererende ICT dienstverlener voor het MKB. Door korte communicatielijnen tussen het bedrijf en de klant, maar ook tussen de teamleden heeft deze werkgever grote betrokkenheid. Op de werkvloer heerst een open werkcultuur met passie voor klanten en techniek. Daarnaast zijn er veel mogelijkheden voor zelfontwikkeling.

Jij bent een aanpakker met een klantgerichte visie. Jouw mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden zijn uitstekend. Je hebt senioriteit in kennis, kunde én gedrag. Je weet je teamleden mee te krijgen in het project en lost complexe technische problemen gemakkelijk op. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Tien jaar relevante werkervaring in ICT;
  • Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
