Als Senior Projectmanager of Programmamanager stuur je projecten en programma's met organisatiebrede impact. Je realiseert complexe projecten binnen scope, tijd en budget, zet projectteams op en bewaakt samenhang, risico's en afhankelijkheden. Als programmamanager verbind je meerdere projecten binnen een integrale visie en adviseer je bestuur en directie. Daarnaast coach je junior en medior projectmanagers.

Deze werkgever is een organisatieadviesbureau in Zwolle. De organisatie begeleidt opdrachtgevers bij complexe projecten rond energietransitie, digitalisering en procesverbetering. Je werkt bij de opdrachtgever en maakt tegelijk deel uit van een betrokken team met ervaren collega's.

Jij combineert een helikopterview met executiekracht. Je navigeert effectief in politiek gevoelige omgevingen, neemt beslissingen bij complexe belangenafwegingen en bent sparringpartner op directieniveau. Je werkt gestructureerd en betrouwbaar. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding;
  • ruime ervaring met project-, programma- en portfoliomanagement;
  • ervaring binnen (semi-)overheid, nutsbedrijven of infrastructurele omgevingen;
  • kennis van Agile, SAFe, Lean of Prince2;
  • sterke vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement op strategisch niveau;
  • ervaring met het coachen van collega's.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
