Als Senior Subsidie Adviseur Werkgelegenheid & Duurzame Inzetbaarheid weet jij het beleid te vertalen naar concrete projecten voor de klant. Je adviseert over regionale, nationale en Europese subsidieregelingen die van belang zijn in de betreffende organisatie. Je start en onderhoudt strategische klantrelaties en communiceert op management- en directieniveau. Je managet de projecten en houdt de regie. Je analyseert trends en effectiviteit van inzetbaarheidsprogramma’s en signaleert verbeterpunten.

Dit bedrijf geeft subsidieadvies en ondersteunt de uitvoering van ontwikkelen bij de klant. Er is veel ruimte voor leren en doorontwikkeling, van zowel het bedrijf als jij als medewerker.

Met jouw analytische blik en kennis van subsidies ben jij de juiste adviseur voor de klant. Je bent gericht op resultaat en service. Naast het managen van projecten, let je ook op de budgetten en begroting van het plan. Je bent een leider en ondernemend persoon, met empathisch vermogen. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Wo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ruime ervaring met projectmanagement;
  • Gevoel voor en interesse in politieke verhoudingen en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
