Als Servicedesk Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je luistert naar hun vraag, lost technische problemen op en zorgt dat zij probleemloos verder kunnen werken. Je behandelt meldingen over werkplekken, Windows-omgevingen en Microsoft 365 en handelt basisgebruikersbeheer af. Waar nodig ga je langs bij de klant om ter plaatse te ondersteunen. Je bent voor klanten het gezicht van de organisatie.

Deze werkgever is een ICT-dienstverlener op de Noord-Veluwe. De organisatie verzorgt systeembeheer, cloudwerkplekken en maatwerksoftware voor het mkb. Het bedrijf groeit en werkt vanuit een vestiging met korte lijnen en veel persoonlijk klantcontact.

Jij bent technisch onderlegd, klantgericht en communicatief sterk. Je vindt het leuk om mensen verder te helpen en legt een technische oplossing rustig en begrijpelijk uit. Je werkt nauwkeurig en pakt een melding op tot die echt is opgelost. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 in de ICT;
  • basiskennis van Windows 10- en Windows 11-omgevingen;
  • ervaring met Microsoft 365 en basisgebruikersbeheer;
  • een rijbewijs B, zodat je ook op locatie kunt ondersteunen;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte houding.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
