Als stagiair ICT Support ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle ICT-vragen van je collega's. Werkt een printer niet, dan kom jij in actie. Loopt iemand vast in Outlook, dan los je dat snel op. Je stelt laptops in voor nieuwe collega's, maakt gebruikersaccounts aan en houdt hardware en software bij. Je werkt samen met een vaste collega en pakt daarnaast een opdracht op die past bij jouw opleiding en interesses.

Dit bedrijf is een arbeidsbemiddelings- en opleidingsorganisatie in Emmeloord. Je krijgt een vaste stagebegeleider die je helpt je weg te vinden, en ruimte om tijdens je stage aan schoolopdrachten en terugkomdagen te werken.

Je volgt een ICT-opleiding en zit in het eerste of tweede jaar. Je vindt het leuk om hardware te installeren en bij te houden, en je neemt graag zelf initiatief. Je bent kritisch en denkt mee over hoe dingen beter kunnen. Van werken op kantoor, tussen je collega's, krijg je energie. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • een lopende mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting ICT of systeembeheer;
  • basiskennis van het installeren en bijhouden van hardware en software;
  • beschikbaarheid voor een stage van minimaal vijf tot zes maanden;
  • een servicegerichte houding en geduld in het helpen van collega's;
  • de zelfstandigheid om vragen zelf op te pakken en uit te zoeken.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
