Als Teamlead Operations stuur je het operationsteam aan en coach je je collega's. Je bewaakt de serviceafspraken en de securitystandaarden, optimaliseert werkprocessen en rapporteert aan het management. Je signaleert verbeterkansen en vertaalt die naar concrete acties. Zo vorm je de schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering binnen de afdeling en zorg je dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een stabiele dienstverlening.

Deze werkgever is een IT- en connectiviteitsbedrijf in Harderwijk. De organisatie levert netwerk-, cloud- en beheerdiensten aan zakelijke klanten in een groeiende markt. Je krijgt de ruimte om het team mee vorm te geven.

Jij bent een coachende leidinggevende: communicatief sterk, besluitvaardig en gericht op samenwerken. Je houdt overzicht, denkt in processen en vindt het leuk om een team verder te brengen. Je bent bereid om ook buiten kantooruren bereikbaar te zijn als dat nodig is. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische IT-richting;
  • ervaring in IT-operations of managed services;
  • kennis van cloud, infrastructuur en security, bijvoorbeeld ISO 27001;
  • aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van een team;
  • een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

In deze rol is het essentieel dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega's. Ook is de voorkeur dat je in de omgeving van de werkgever woont, in verband met (deels) werken op kantoor.
